easy id ... please help... stuck in my head...

ok this tune has been out for awhile now, and i was watching some show on mtv and it played this song... now i can't get it out of my head... it's just stuck in there... so i figured i'd ID it... just to know what the hell it is ...

It's got the words....

"You dont appreciate ME! "
