hm.. you're going to want to listen to a lot of dave seaman, nick warren, lucien foort, john digweed (try his older stuff, but actually some new stuff is ok), sasha..
try old essential mixes to get you started, www.tracklistings.org for the playlists.
and figure out who the prog-heads are on this board.. they'll always be naming tracks.. like meself and blue neon
for the record, some guy started a deep house thread but all the tracks he named were NOT deep house... they were just more progressive trance tracks... jus' so ya know
i guess a start would be ANYthing by way out west, esp. their 2000 album Intensify. anything starecase. parks & wilson. steve gibbs. john creamer & stephane k. and of course james holden (ariane, main element etc.)
