I am sorry to say this, but I don't like it at all, and I don't think that the 56k-users like it either, they have to click once more to get to there local scene info....
I actually don't like it because I can't see when someone posts in the Holland Forum. Now I have to go from a forum to a subforum to go to another subforum.....
what do the other members think?
edit: And if you did it because you had to scroll to much to go to the end of the site, it didn't bother me, now you have to scroll a little bit less, but click an extra link to get to the forum you want to go too
blik you have a point there. at first when i logged back on, i couldn't find it until i realized it was a subforum. it's not too bad, i don't mind it. but the 56kers might tis true. i think the old layout was fine too and didn't need changing.

All this talk about bandwidth..
Look, it's an additional 5k when you click the link.. all pages are gzip compressed anyways, so whether you're on 56k or cable it means nothing unless you're viewing threads that are graphics heavy.
Also, if I'm going to add certain section for other ppl I'd rather not have it clutter the main page while it's gaining popularity
Ok.. you know what.. I'll leave it as is but make links to individual countries in the descriptions of the main sections so u can bypass that click

ok call me stupid, but i dont see whats happened? instead of there being:
Europe - Holland
Europe - Sweeden
Europe - France
etc, where click the line to goto that forum, there's now:
USA
USA - blah
USA - blah 2
Europe
Europe - Holland
Europe - Sweeden
Europe - France
So whats different? if you want the dutch bit, u click the holland line, or have u missed something? there's no need to goto the europe one, AND then to ur forum...

Coup, at first the names of the countries weren't in the line, you had to click Europe to see all the countries
