Not a plugin, but the Sherman Filterbank 2 is a very distinctive analog filter. It goes down extremely low. There's a warning on it, that using it improperly will actually cause some speaker's coils to vibrate too slowly and melt/ blow up or something. Don't know exactly how that'd work in practice, but it's a fun warning.
If you can find one at a good price, it's a good way to make digital synths sound a whole lot more analog, if that's your thing!

The Tone2 Filterbank is modeled after the Sherman...but yes the Sherman is a monster.
