I like the pitched up kicks and the bass-line on the down-beat. The kick, however, is anemic and needs better presence in the mix. The chord stab progression is fucking awesome. It sounds really good both when it comes in and then as you pass it through the single filter sweep.

After the chord progression comes in, the bass-line gets buried. The bass-line should both change into something more so that it transfers the energy to the chords.

At 3:20 something needs to be added and/or changed.

Do something different with the filter sweep down on the chords. It's distracting to have it release at that time in the progression. Make it longer to bring it to the break, or run a high-pass filter underneath the low-pass (effectively creating a band-pass filter) and sweep both filters up, slowly to the break with sort of a big, but not too big decay, echoing into the break. You don't have to do it, like that, but something should be done.

I like the notes, but the cadence on the break is a little grooveless. The sound's not my favorite but that might be your decision having more validity than my personal preference.

When the chord stab progression comes back in, it's crackling in the high-end, a little too much and doesn't have the weight underneath it I think it should. I like the variation on the chords you implemented.

The snare attack build needs more variation in velocity and probably another layer and some reverb. Also try layering a kick, underneath that crash.

You also should lower the intensity of the end in increments rather than simply cutting the energy off at the end of that build.

The bass-line curling up like that, at the end, sounds cool but the song needs some length and simpler parts past that.

All-in-all, definitely improved. Some nice ideas, but it needs to be taken a little further. It's a pretty big song, and there's a lot of territory to cover with it, so be patient with it.

Fast is slow. Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.

Nice work, looking forward to the next version - and it better be flawless!
