Avalon under construction?

I was at Avalon this past Saturday for Coldharbour night and noticed the side room was completely gone. Concrete flooring is exposed, lots of plastic sheets blocking off the upper level room and the upper seating area.

Are they under renovations?

they've been planning renovations for quite some time. I would assume that Bardot will be renovated in a couple of years too.
