you'll have to take it apart and go in from the bottom if i'm not mistaken

hope you know your electonics... otherwise take it to a pro

but it's not that expensive... new tonearms are like $30US

don't quote me on that... i was just throwing that out there, it's probably a bit more, one of my djs recently had to replace his tonearm and he said it was easier and cheaper than he anticipated

he also knows what he's doing though, he did it himself

$65 US.

If your wise youd get another quote. I have found it cheaper to order through a local panasonic distributor for other parts (check the panasonic website in your country).
Just use the part number :

SFPAM18201K.

The actual fitting will cost you more, and I'd recomend not doing it yourself, unless your VERY capable, as the anti-skate setting will be affected by the way you fit the tonearm. You MUST follow procedure if you want it to work.

dude, im pro in like every way possible.. see my micro? huh? see my micro? BOOM HEADSHOT!!!! YEAH, HOW YOU LIEK THAT???

anyhoo.. is it like really impossible? liek, i just want 1210's.. and these are about the third of the price of normal 2nd (3rd, 4th doesnt matter lol) tt's, and its only the tonearm on one of them that has been broken..

liek, i know basic electronics, and from what ive gathered on the net, shoudlnt it be, out with the old, in with the new, if its only the arm itself? the rest is intact.. only the bugger that owns them that fbroke the s-shaped arm..

Just buy them, for that price there is little you can do wrong. Even broken technics sell for around 230€ each on ebay Germany. I assume it's the same in norway, so you're rather safe.
I'm sure there is a tutorial somewhere on the net on how to replace your tonearm, and if not, send it my way, I'll give you 150$ plus shipping

Buy em for sure. Also search for the service manual, for the procedure. You'd be able to do it yourself if you know basics. it is only a few wires that need to be desoldered, puting the new ones on can be tricky as they don't poke through holes, they just attach to one side like surface mount. you'll be right.
