In the past few months, the staff at GSB has been working hard to create an environment that will give gamers a chance to have their voices heard by the biggest publishers in the gaming industry. After months of development, we have now created a golden opportunity for you to finally give your $0.02 on what you think a game experience should be, and be HEARD!

Up for the Challenge?
Not only will you get a retail copy of EverQuest® II for free, GSB will be giving away prizes to the to 20 testers that give us consistently great feedback. The GSB staff will be capturing, ranking and scoring all of your feedback. Yes, this means we will be reading everything! Our staff members will review your feedback and based on creative, unique, game-impacting responses, and frequency of quality feedback (not by amount of entries given) we will choose the winners of the Game Tester Challenge. Remember, we are not really looking for minor technical bugs. We are looking for the player that best captures the game experience and can articulate what makes a game go from good/bad to AWESOME! The prize structure will be as follows:

Prizes anyone?
Not only will you get a retail copy of EverQuest® II for free, GSB will be giving away gaming prizes to the top 20 testers that give us consistently great feedback. Feedback will be ranked based on creativity and uniqueness, based on overall gaming experience. The prize structure will be as follows:

1st place – Grand Master Tester: prize valued at $300.00
2nd-5th place – Master Tester: prize valued at $50.00 each
6th –20th place – Superior Tester: prize valued at $20.00 each


Prizes are all gaming related and don’t suck. We just can’t divulge what they are yet. As the contest continues, we will reveal the prizes to get you more pumped!

The Game
The game you will be evaluating is called EverQuest® II. If you have never played EverQuest® or EverQuest® II, it is a fantasy based, MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). This means you will be creating a fictional character in an online universe, interacting with thousands of other gamers. Your role as a tester is to provide your overall gaming experience with EverQuest® II over a 30 day period (Once the trial ends, if you wish to continue playing, you will be responsible for all fees). We welcome any comparisons you may have if you are playing another MMORPG (e.g. World of Warcraft, Lineage, Final Fantasy).

Who are we looking for?
As of now, this trial is open to all types of gamers, but we are mainly looking for MMORPG players who have never played EverQuest® II. An added bonus will be if you currently play World of Warcraft, Lineage 2, or Final Fantasy Online. Regardless of what you play, if you’re articulate and creative, we’ll take you!

How to enter the GAME TESTER CHALLENGE
If you haven’t done so already, register at gamesandbox.com. Once logged in, click on the link for Open Trials. There, click on Game Tester Challenge. Since this trial is open to only 200 testers, we are looking for the BEST out there. You will need to provide us some additional information as to why you want to be in this challenge.
