Prepare for the most unbelievable performance behind a pair of decks. This man never stops mixing. He just tosses vinyls behind him. He went through around 50-60 vinyls in a 2 hr set the last time he was here. Amazing!

I Reccomend you buy Closer To the Edit.

He takes 100 odd tracks and fuses the samples into a 60 minutes CD with 30 odd tracks. Very cool if you like techno.

He's coming to Melb on Sept 28 for WOTW, but seeing as he's the only one of the int. artists I'd pay money to see (and the fact that the venue is way outta my way) I doubt I'm gonna be there.

Still, you'll enjoy it. The skills of techno DJs are invariably beyond that of any other style.

For me, I hated trance in the beginning..i was a big hiphop fan....i slowly started listening to my friends "plastikman" cd...that in turn made me start listening to trance.


I love his plastikman work. Richie Hawtin stuff isn't doing it for me, but i'm sure after i get done d/l these live sets i'm getting , i'll have a different view
