Having completed my degree I sort of feel that way as well, although I don't think my education would have been as disciplined or as comprehensive if I had used only a library.
i also didn't like taking all of my classes in building with crank windows and peeling paint sometimes with broken a/c and then on the way to my next class walking by a multi million dollar science lab

Trinity isn't Catholic. It used to be affiliated with Presbyterians I think, but now it's just unattached. You're probably thinking of Incarnate Word.
Certainly the name can be deceptive.

i went to barnes & noble today for like 40 minutes and picked up a couple of books and then changed my mind. i wanted to get recommendations first because i was really lost as to what to look for.
i really like chuck klosterman and dean koontz. i'm not a huge reader but the few novels i've read have been from those guys and i have a lot of free time on my hands these days being unemployed and it looks like rain all weekend so i really want to get lost in a great book.
recommendations please!
i'm into true crime/suspense and then also sarcastic cinical towards pop culture stuff too.
