I need a new mixer. This p.o.s. doesn't have an equalizer, which I've heard would help my transitioning/beat-matching. But when James posted how much a DJM-500 costs, I damn near fell outta my chair.

yea, $200 will only get ya like 16 records these days... but ya got CD decks to so ya can burn mad CDRs to get a jump start.

Yeah that's the best thing about CD decks, people get to play underground amature tracks that haven't been released and probably will never see vinyl.
