well it all depends.
that style came in about 2 to 3 years ago in this hemisphere, but the rest are finally catching up. i have even seen thuged out fools with those kind of shoes and starched up jeans, of course with a couple of bling bling or what ever they call it now adays.
this is more of a young look so people over thirty should not attempt.
the style usually goes best a nice pair of faded jeans and t-shirt.
i usually put on this spiffy ensemble on for college,
have to walk from class to class and those are my walking shoes.
personally i wouldn't by those per say.
