I got one: I ignored it and stopped using torrents for the most part; when I did use torrents I made sure I used Peer Guardian 2 at the same time; no problems since. Now, I essentially never use torrents and d/l all my goodies via http/ftp (i.e., direct links).

what i did when i was having BT issues w/ rogers 2 years ago.

had to switch to newsgroups. worked fantastically.

now though after playing around w/ settings, i no longer have the same problem and can DL BTs again.


Anyways, newgroups is a decent rout to go...
