19. i think they meant quasi .. which means it may not be an actual missle, but will have some of the same attributes of a missle..could mean a meteor or something like that.

Still pretty interesting, If they can do that, Im sure the first head transplant will fail and possibly the second could happen. It was just weird the coincidence between them.
