Sasha's Xpander EP didn't qualify as a single, so was placed on the album chart. Note that in the UK, albums outsell singles by a considerable margin. Xpander charted at #18 in the album chart, staying on chart for 3 weeks.

Xpander was a big hit, i'm not arguing that, but for something to get in any chart (esp back in the day) looking at the amount of EDM releases that get burped up 24/7, it's still a good thing to hit 21.
Also, how did strange world do in specific number globally, and i'm sure xpander did way better, but Mozart and The Beatlles did better than Sasha, so that's not a real argument.
