I've been doing it now for over 3 years. Recently I've started slowing down now to 1 time per month, sometimes 2 but it all depends really on the party schedule. I think my days of dropping will soon be over though or at least I want them to be. Like Sothis said, the E eventually catches up with you and can smack you in the face with a slew of mental issues you cannot imagine. I used to think I was invincible to such things but I was very wrong. I won't bore anyone with the details.
The reason I continue to do it is for one reason. The music. I've tried to explain this to many people but they either don't get it, or they do. The best way I can describe it is that the e flips a switch in my mind. This switch turns something on that would have never been turned on before, transforming the way my ears hear and brain processes the music into a way thats hard to even describe. Simply put, it blows my mind every single time to the point where I'm speechless. I have to literally be dragged off the dance floor because I cannot bare the thought of missing just one second of the music. For me taking e is not about getting high or the physical feeling as it is for many. For me its the connection to the music that e brings that keeps me doing it.

That's the only reason I take one pill and only at really good parties. So I can feel the music better. I wish I had taken only 1 pill at every party and not 5 at just 1 party.

there were some weeks last year where i did around 8, then some weeks zero. on average around 4 a week i guess, give or take
all in all for the year of 2002 i rolled well over 100 times, probably 150-under 200 or something i dont know. then i crashed real hard for about half a year. now it feels good to be normal again.

i've made some stupid stupid decisions, but i've definately learned from them
