Love Poundin' Sensation newbie needs helps

I'm fairly new to producing, I've got Reason and I'm thinking about purchasing a Synthesiser...

Could you guys please point me in the right direction? As to what is good/bad, advantages/disadvantages, cheap/expensive?? Or list any must-get software that will take advantage of ones true potential..

Cheers

as for a synth since you just started its just going to be a waste of money. and with software like cubase fruityloops reason etc its all good and all personal choice, a good softsynth to get would be vanguard and sytrus that comes with fruity although can be purchased seperately is really good too

Jeskola Buzz is the music production's best kept secret... used by James Holden.. supported by the likes of Sasha... this free software contains over 300+ high quality synths and effects, and it's probably all you'll ever need to produce quality tunages. The synths and effects give VSTs a run for their money, no lie.
