I'm looking into replacing my DXM06 mixer near the end of the year and my budget will hopefully be around £600-650.
So, I've been looking at the A&H Ozone62 and the Pioneer DJM600.
Can any of you guys give me some recommendations on which mixer you would buy with that budget? It doesn't have to be one of the two above but these seem to be the obvious choices.
My current setup is just 2 x CDJ1000 mk2 and DXM06 mixer, I like to use effects and I mix various styles including trance, techno, electro and minimal.
Cheers

Any reasons why you're not keen on the AH62?
I do like the look of that Denon one but I haven't heard anything about it and I'd like to go for something which has a good reputation.

i've heard bad things about the denon but then again it could just be all the haters that dislike denon products..
personally i didn't like the 4 band eq, i thought it was unneccessary (though nice). the filters are freakin awesome on the AH but those aren't really necessary. the other thing i really didn't like is there's no blend function on the AH. makes mixing in the headphones a headache. while i'm personally not a pio whore, i like the djm-600. sounds good, nice big knobs, nice cueing system, onboard effects.

Do you mean that you can't control the volume of of current playing track in your headphones? Another words, both tracks have to play at full volume in your headphones? Or am I missing something?
This would be a nightmare for me as I like to beatmatch within the headphones.

Not specifically, but you can work round it slightly by monitoring the aux bus, setting all the sends to pre-fade and using the pots at the top of each channel to control the level of each source in your headphones. Obviously this isn't going to work if you need to use the aux send for other things though.
If you're buying new, I wouldn't get the 600. The sound quality just doesn't cut it when compared to others in that price range. Don't get me wrong it's a work horse and has been proven in clubs all over the world, but personally I just think that if you're spending over £600 on a mixer then sound quality is pretty high on my list.
Out of the two I would get the A&H, but definately take a look at the Ecler Nuo 4 and Nuo 5 too.
