dj godfather is very good on this. also Disco D, Mr. De', DJ Nasty, DJ Starski, Big Daddy Rick, DJ Slugo and SajoReper
THis is what you called Ghetto tech. does raw,deep,grimey bass nothing polished.
also called ghetto bass, this is more on the 140 150 bpm.
somtimes they mix this out with some hiphop vocals like ass and titties... 
this is Dj godfather at a good mix of ghettotech
