i've been trying to for quite some time. I never smoke when i'm sober. I only smoke when i'm drinking which is on the weekends.
its just when i drink i have teh urge for a cigarette and i then lose the self control. I pretty much associate cigarettes with drinking so there is probably some other addictive connection in my brain which makes quitting even harder.
