Yea look at videos for trance energy/innercity ... those Europeans never pass up a chance to have naked chix gyrating :). Seriously the dance cages at glow are perfect for that .... except for all the guys that will definetely be groping.

I still think Tiesto's set back in November 24, 2001 was the best one ever in the history of Glow. I ain't gonna miss him in 2003! (Pictures below are from that night)

At first I thought that shirt looked really cool cause it had sort of a biker look to it. Then when I realized it was a chicken on the back (not a skull / crossbones with flames) I began to wonder about his sense of fashion. No matter, the set was incredible regardless. I got introduced to so many new tunes. I can't wait to hear what he'll have up his sleeve this time, assuming he's even wearing any sleeves.

That was an amazing night! It was a shame that I had to miss the first few minutes of his set (and the last 1/2 hour of PvD's at the Armory ;-)

If anyone wants a small November 2001 Glow flyer (Armin, Ferry, Edgar V, Tiesto, Moutso, etc.), let me know as I have a few extras. I also have a nice Nov. 2001 wall banner signed by Ferry, but that's a cherished memento that I can't get rid of.

I don't know about Tiesto. On the one hand, Magik 6 is my favorite trance set of all time. On the other, Tiesto has sucked ass the last few times I've seen him (at Nations and Area 2). I'm torn because his mixing hasn't been all that great lately either. In addition, there is definately a lack of good trance tunes out there nowadays. Perhaps I'll check him out for sentimental purposes.

I would tend to agree with you, Tiësto went through a really big lull these past 5 months or so
but looking at his recent mixes and productions (ie, his remix of Venus), I'd say he's making a comeback again
and I am getting psyched to see him
