Transformers and The Matrix

I just watched half of TransFormers the movie... and im wondering how they mention the matrix... does this have anything to do with either The Matrix, the movie? or The Animatrix?
Or are the 3 intercombined somehow?

the Matrix in transformers is a big glowing ball which holds all the power that the leader of the autobots (optimus) has within him...
megatron/galvatron wants it but hot rod gets it when leadership is passed on |

We were @ a friends house chillin and killin time so we popped in a dvd and it was transformers.. i think this is the one that he dies in.. Megatron kills him...
I saw it when i was 8 me thinkz.. doesn't he come back to kick sum ass? |

there's only one movie as far as i know... well.. only one movie that came out in theaters....
yeah.. optimus dies... one of the saddest moments in movie history... its ont of the few movies that brings a tear to my eye... ok.. i'll stop blowing the movie for those who haven't seen it (is that even POSSIBLE???) how can anyone have NOT seen this movie by now? =P |
