| sometimes this happesn to me, for weeks at a time, and i dont smoke during the week, so i just stay up till i am tired, sometimes 4-5 in the morning, its a bitch though waking up |

| ive had this problem for as long as i can remember. The problem is i dont need as much sleep as most people do. I can easily go with bout 5 hours sleep and be fine, but the problem is if i decide to sleep in late one day like to say 11am (which isnt a very unreasonable time to wake up at on say a weekend) it means i cant get to sleep until at least 6am the nxt day. my body clock is proper ed and i often go to school having not been able to get to sleep at all the following nite. |

| haha, in the last 6 days, Ive been up all night and slept all day, but thats fixed now "today" ;) haha, anyway in thos 6 days i was probably out of my room for a total of 2 hrs :eek: thats pretty bad... |
