ive never done it alone but i dont see a problem with it
heck...just make some friends while you wait in line :D whenever i go partying i always meet new people :) should be no different for you :p |

| I go by myself all the time! its great... i have met more nice people by going out by myself. Because chances are they are all there for the same reason you are. Most people when they find out your there alone they say hey " wanna hang with us" and you join them and have fun! i have done that for so many shows cause friends had to work or school or on vacation. And hell even when i moved from orlando to miami and miami back to orlando. I didnt know anyone so i went out and met people. Its great .. for those of you who dont to it. You should def try it sometimes;) |

1 - Once you pay at the door, you're invited. Period. There used to be a tradition a long time ago that you didn't go anywhere without a date. That's old now.
2 - I've seen some of the coolest people go it alone. At some d'n'b events, there's this one regular, doesn't really talk to anybody just sits and nods his head, but when the right track hits he friggin' burns the floor up. Everyone would rather see him than a couple of geeks muttering to eachother, just to give you an example.
3 - If you're uncomfortable, sit & watch the 1st few times. Lotsa people do that. |

I unfortunately have always had to do this and I don't see anything wrong with it :p
I been to clubs , gatherings, raves, massive things SOLO and it's fun you just gotta know how to entertain yourself :p
the thing is from years of going solo I know feel pretty weird when I go with other people and have a tendency of detaching from the group and going solo once inside the club, but I'm working on it :toothless |

| I tend to do it often then I always run into ppl and other friends of mine at the club. Go yourself, I tend to do it more often because why miss a deejay, you want to see just because of your mates don't want to go. |

| I think its prob. easier to be at an after club by yourself since ppl are more friendly there. But i dont think i could ever go alone... just cause i dont like to be alone lolll |

These are all great words to hear.
Out of all my friends both at home in Chicago, and school in Iowa, i seem to be the only one who wants to go to the clubs. I've thought about going alone sometimes, but never did because i thought most things were always better to go in groups.
But going by yourself can have advantages , as many have noted before. you can do whatever you want, you can leave whenever you want, no worrying about someone getting a headache and wanting to leave, or someone getting tired. its' all you. |

I asked me the same question when pvd was here in town...i almost didnt go because none of my friends like his music, so i said it im goin by myself...i didnt really care, it was PVD!!!!!!...so i was leavin my house and my girl called me up and changed her mind and went with me....I feel if its a dj you really admire, it and go...you will have a good time regardless!!!!
