This is to all you US people out there!

I'm pretty much into techno, but I know pretty few good american techno producers. Isn't DJ Preach from overseas?

I really lack of knowledge here, so I'd be glad if you people over there could give me some tips :D

Appears....the detroit techno addicted man

Forget preach, he don't matter

All you need to know is the following

First Wave of Detroit Techno

Jeff Mills, Kevin Saunderson, Kenny Flashin Fowlkes, Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Mad Mike Banks, Robert Hood

Second Wave of Detroit Techno

Carl Craig, Kenny Larkin, Stacy Pullen

Jeff Mills is the best dj out of them all

Derrick May is the best producer but he is still in self imposed retirement because critics dissed his album in the mid 90's, he only records with system 7. Pathetic if you ask me

Actually there exists a detroit techno shop that never really advertises and you have to know ppl to get in but it houses one of the most complete detroit techno libraries available for sale

www.axisrecords.com

nice place to start

that's jeff mills's label
Acid Junkie
nah, detroit techno is dead. just admit it :)
