i agree with tranzy state of mind.. it's not actually a bad tune, but sounds too artificial to me. M.I.K.E. has tons of better, awesome tracks.

ferry: liquid child - diving faces (Ferry corsten remix)

now this was awful. indigo is pretty good IMO.

tiesto : moby - we are all made of stars (DJ Tiesto remix)

one of the worst remixes ever. i even prefer the original.

chicane : on the run (feat. some )

heard it on mtv once and don't wanna hear it again. ty cheese vocals. a dub could be ok.

pretty much every pvd's track for the last couple of years (the last good thing that he did was tell me why (vandit mix))

also

the last works of jan johnston... she doesn't cut it anymore:(

:eyes: Can't believe you said that... but everyone is entitled to their opinions about PvD.

As for Jan, why? Nothing good recently? What about Cor Fijneman feat. Jan Johnston - Venus (Meant to be Your Lover) (Tiesto Remix)? I think that song really shows the power she has in her vocals. Svenson & Gielen feat. Jan Johnston - Beachbreeze also shows her potential as a great vocalist... although I do agree, one new song, Cosmic Gate feat. Jan Johnston - Raging was very weak.

As far as opinions go, I think we all need to rethink what we mean when we type something.

Saying that a tracks bad simply coz it doesnt have any elements that grab you individually is bound to cause a stir with someone who does find it nice.

There are loads of tracks out there that I dont like, but I dont think they are crap.
They just dont fit into my style/taste of trance.

I reckon this mis-thinking is what causes alot of the flame wars that all these type of threads eventually turn into.

you mean love on the run, and i love it, it just shows that chicane's tracks are very diverse, and that he's a man of many talents, the vocals are bad at all. very relaxing tune IMO, however the Rob Searle Mix is awful.

Tranzy state of mind owns!!
I'm talking about the club mix from 2002
Are you sure you're not talking about the album version from 98 I think it is, Micheline? Not alot of strings in the 2002 version

Old version: 6:54
New version: 7:27

As for disappointing tracks, I was pretty disappointed by Airwave vs Rising star - Sunspot
fathomless1
I think words is a brilliant track, it was one track that got me into trance. And nothing but you? Very pretty song, not a stormer but nice to listen to. Wavy Gravy? That relaxes me sooo much, great track! Eveyones got there opinions, so cool.

I'd have to say a big letdown for me would have to be
Nelly - Pimp Juice
I mean putting out crap like this right after a brilliant track like
Airforce Ones 'give me two pair':tongue2
Freeza
Thanks for your replys about the Breaks Dub of Breathing everyone :D

Well, Indigo wasnt all that good.
Nothing but You didnt do anything to me, none of the mixes. Just
felt plain and boring. Im suprised no one has mentioned Ligaya
yet, will I be the first? Yes! I think Ligaya (pick any of the remixes)
sucked horsec*ck.

i agree with this too...i liked most of out there and back, but after that...things got bad. as for jan johnston...tiesto is the only that has made her vocals work...raging, and beachbreeze didn't fit her vocals at all. when the song doesn't fit her vocals its just bad...

and shame on you that said you don't like albion - air 2000 and words. these two have got to be in my top five EVER!!! albion - air 2000 (oliver lieb mix) is a masterpeice as is words.

Ok ill refrase it
Ferry Corsten Huge Name Great tracks great Dj
Indigo - Awesome Track, great sound, great beat, has potential to get people of the ground.

Big Name Big Track imo. Think u posted in the wrong place

also

Storm - Time to burn 2003 is poor, but wait for neo and barbwire - burn. That will definatly make up for it.

i can only disagree with two choices.

AVB - Yet Another day......I've heard 50/50 response from this track. i think it's great and the vocals are the best from any male vocal track out there (yes i hate Soul on Soul too!). I don't understand why it wasn't as popular as i felt it would be. o well.

sasha - Wave Gravy ...... Awesome Track! how can! how can u...how can u say that! I thought it was really innovative and very sophistic!

anways, my picks:
i definently agree with you guys on Soul on Soul. It's irritating and BLEH!

How did DJ Jean get such a popular and recognized "big name"????
