| i feel for ya Vlad, i ordered some speakers from etronics.com and their service sucked ass too. the thing said that they were in-stock and usually ships w/in 1-2 days, and the sad thing is that the entire time ur order is going, they have a little progress thing u can check the status of ur order, and they had mine in processing for a month, finally, the order moved into the packaging stage where it sat for another week, and eventually made its way into the shipping status for another couple of days and then, maybe a month and a half later, it finally said it was shipped and i got my ups tracking # and u know its bad when you are actually happy that the product is in the hands of UPS! |

| Vlad, I went throught the same with them like 3 months ago. Ordered 2decks and a mixer and phones. I rode there ass the whole time cause I could tell from the get go that they were shady. The BBB already has a file on them and a negative rating. I got my a few days late but everything was new and sealed once I got it. Hey man write down everytime you talk to them and who you talk to and ing ride them out with phone calls. I called them all: Allen, some lady, some other guy (forget his name now). I called them on cell phones at night all the time. I wasn't rude but I just wanted my tracking numbers like you. I think they just sit there and let orders go unless your on there ass about it. If there is a bright side it is the fact that I did get my stuff and it was in perfect condition, it was just a stressful week thinking I got screwed. Stay on them!!:whip: |

| Well, well, well, after Hollywood DJ received my little complaint from the BBB, it seemed they were more willing to cooperate with me. I received a phone call at 2PM from them asking my why I reported them to the BBB. Well after about 10 mins of explaining to them how retarded they are, figuratively speaking, they were willing to refund my money. They only had one resquest of me, to cancel my complaint with the BBB. I only have one problem with this, it took them almost a month to gather their balls and refund my money. I think Ill be a and take my time with cancelling the complaint. Lets see if they like this little shananagan. :toothless |

hehehe, Karma is a great thing ain't it. what goes around, comes around. Now if you a really pissed off, you can report them again for "asking you to take your complaint back"(another violation of Consumer sub laws, if you will) :D :D :D
They are getting a taste of their own medicine, except who the hell are they going to complain to if you don't canx your complaint with BBB "voluntarily", :haha: :haha: :haha: |

| Somebody Help Me! Well actually, I just want an opinion cuz I am to impatient. I made the foolish mistake of ordering from hollywooddj (I know, I know, but I didn't know). I told them to cancel my order after a few days of no shipping confirmation, and they finally tell me that it shipped out already. This is all after I told them that I would notify the BBB, the attorney general's office, and my lawyer if they didn't give me a refund. But anyways, so they tell me it shipped out and I checked with FedEx, and the tracking number seems legitimate. What I'm really wondering is Do you think I scared them into giving me exactly what I ordered, or do you think they are gonna send me some in a box. |

i am writing from poland - djshop.pl . we are on line shop with dj accessories. we made order with 1200s.com for over 9000 $ nfor technics. but after 2 week beeing in touch they stopped to answer and and its over one month without stuff and money. at beginning they start to tell stories about flood and broken truck. now silence.
please help us how to push them.we start sueing procedure but from poland it can last to long. any ideas? |
