REDsters are peeps that regularly attend Club RED @ Arena in Hollywood, CA and we all communicate through a RED BOARD Forums. We are like a family and party HARDCORE style. Some of us our Trance DJs and some are Techno DJs, perhaps someone has heard of DJ Sinisha, aka TechnoAnimal. Unfortunately not all Great DJs that come to San Fran make it down to our homeland, SoCAL, like who I saw last night, Thrillseekers, Art Of Trance, Agnelli & Nelson, Steve Baltes, H-Foundation, Total Science. All other highliters Djs do come thru Los Angeles, and one of our own, Thee-O spun last night as well. Keep your fingers crossed, boys and gals, as I have initiated and begun working on bringing N u ----- N R G DJ Duo to Los Angeles for first time and only time exclusively :D :D :D If you haven't heard of who they are, just them of them as having two PVDs on stage at once, half the stuff that PVD plays has either been produced or remixed by Nu-NRG.
Back 2 party issues: Kevin and I can probably get about 20-25 people to show up You guys need to tell me what date is OK for you, 'cause as I've said we are Hardcore partiers so we are ready to party anytime, lol!!! j/k but around when were you thinking off??? |

| How about June 14-16, I can make it on Saturday night and we can stay two nights and come back Monday? Looks like we have a couple more people willing to go, I have a few people I can bring also so it sounds like it's gonna be a big enough crowd. How far in advance to you need to make reservations at that Ranch? |

Ok, I'll contact Kevin on Tuesday When I get back to my homeland, SoCal, he's got all the info about the Ranch. Someone will need to make a security deposit and payment in full for the Ranch and then peeps will pay that person. Kevin and can take care of renting sound equipment, from Money collected, Kevin will just need to be reimbursed, and I'll be bringing my DJ set up for the boom boom room. and someone will need to bring DJ set up for pool area with speakers and an amp. After all the moneys is collected, person that paid for the ranch is reimbursed, Kevin is reimbursed for sound stuff, and whatever moneys is left over, buys MORE alcohol for everyone. To break even, we'll need about 34 paid attendees. |

In any case, I could round up some people from la/sd and get them out there.
However, I honestly think that you're going to need a bit more lead time to get people out there (especially at $40 for the entire weekend).
I think it's a great idea, however. I'd just want to make sure it goes smoothly and people don't loose money. |

We have done a few of these parties already, this is how it needs to be done. One person will contact the ranch and sign agreement, pay the money and security deposit, then that person will set up a paypal account and collect money ahead of time from comfirmed attendees. Basically people would pay that person money as they make reservation, first come first serve basis, that is, you make reservation and pay your dues right away, you are guaranteed a bed to sleep in. Remember we only need 34 people to break even. the rest of the money goes to community beer and if needed, hehehe, food. the total attendance limit should be set around 50 or so. Now if you pay your $40.00 and don't show up, tuff luck. From SD it ain't that far either, just take 15north to 10east and it's another hour or so from there. and of'course the person that pays out the money also gets back the fees assosiated with paypal, I and Kevin will take care of getting and hauling the sound system. So there are three people that will not pay the $40.00 Kevin and I 'cause I think it's more than fair to say 'cause we have to front the money and security deposits, plus extra gas for my SUV to haul all the gear and all our DJ equipment for use. Third person would be the one who puts up the security deposit and pmt in full for the ranch itself. I also think June 14 is a bit too soon, 'cause some people are still in school or are going thru finals. I'd say a week later, two weeks later, June 28 - 30th sat - mon. What ya'll think??? |

I know we're going to be gone last weekends of June & July, but don't plan stuff around us. |

| Sorry I took so long to reply, I was in Vegas this past weekend seeing Tiesto at the House of Blues and then I was busy with school this past week. Anyhoo, I think you guys are right we should have this thing a little later to give people a chance to plan for it so maybe the first weekend of July. However, I would like to know how much the deposit is for the person that opens the paypal account to see if I can afford to be that person. I'm also willing to bring my turntables, speakers, and amp for the pool area. Please get back to me Tranz |
