| wells see i don't actually "spend" the hours online per se .. basically i just leave one browser window open on the site and hit F5 every now and then .. :D |

i just keep mine open and whenever i have a spare minute to post something stupid i will...
i never actually just sit there and think of what to post...unless im arguing in the political discussion :tongue2 |

no theres an option for automatic notification of replies to any subscribed thread...thats what i use
it gets sorted by hotmail and goes in a seperate folder which i just periodically empty (about every 2 hours depending on how logn im on the pc) |
