GAY!! GAY!! GAY!!
I've yet to hear a great tune from him. The only one i actually enjoy listening to is...BT & Paul Van Dyk - Namistai, but that's wasn't even fully him. This man is an over-rated producer. As DJ, he's fine, but production is where the real skill is at. |

It's spelt "Dyk" not "Dyke" and it's Dutch not English, therefore it doesn't mean gay. But I'm sure you already knew this, but decided to be a n00b anyway. :p

I have to agree with this, but nevertheless, I still like his German/Manc/Australian/Homosexual tone of voice. It's sounds really nice. :gsmile:
In terms of his looks....mmm.... yeah, I can see why alot of gay men could be attracted to him. He does a boyish-handsomness about him, which can still be appealing to girls too. He does play at Gayfests in Germany afterall, and for some who might not know, he is camp from time to time. :: wink wink :: If you have his DVD, you'll know what I'm talking about. :p
Despite voting as him as "God" I don't see him as one. I think he gets embarrassed every time he hears this sort of thing. He's just an excellent DJ/Artist/Producer/Remixer/Manager/etc... Also, more and more new DJ's are going to become Superstars soon enough and have some sort of legendary status and then some of yous will switch to them an call them God(s). PvD still has his legendary streak and always will.
And I respect this. ;) |
