-I just would like to conlude that you are in wrong place to gloat in 3rd person about your music to everyone. There are so many good amateurs on this board that would eat you up so bad. They don't sit around and type messages of how they are better than everyone else, you my friend are very ignorant. And I listend to your music, it sucks, and I'm not saying that because I don't like you, but I'm just saying it because my farts sound better than your music.

hey first of all dick, you cant get anyware without a bit of self confidence, and specially in the trance intustry. 2nd workin a 52 hour week and goin to a full time course in college dosent leave as much room as id like to fix little mistakes like spelling sometimes.
thirdly before you decide to put my work down in anyway, listen to it. and remember all i have as an instrument is a pc, no synths, no keyboards, no racks, just stone cold software to do what i do. even if i aint the best (trance artist in merseyside, which i doubt) i can be called the hardest working one.
and also i dont give a what you think in particular, and i dont think many other people do either, jesus man youve really got a way of crackin the whip where its not wanted :whip:
hey next time u go and dis an ameture artist, first think of weather you comments would be valuable or bs, and weather you can relate enough to comment in the first place.

i am a moderator of this forum ;)
if you go round here with the i'm the best attitude, you won't get any friendly response to your posts or any support of other TAs.
also, i reccommend posting a direct link to your tunes in future with a brief desciption about the style, etc. so other producers of similar style are more likely to give feedback.
also, there is no new ferry corsten as the man is still very much alive and played an amazing set on friday nite with brand new corsten tunes that not very many can quite compete against, namely corsten v helstrip - sublime ;) |

right, i've downloaded take off...
i hope this is just an edit of some kind because it is really not dj friendly at all
the snare roll is far too loud and over-used
the bass and synths are pretty nice
1 of the key changes in the melody doesn't quite fit and is rather too short for the song and the what it is trying to achieve
the percs are too heavy, especially the kick
the tune overall has potential though, this sounds rather rushed and amateurish so far.
btw, just about everybody on here uses only software, namely fruityloops or reason + no hardware, i suggest you give some other people feedback if you wish for any yourself. |

| There is a lot of good producers on here that have a lot of potential to make it big and probably a lot bigger than you judging by take off it is in an outdated 99 style that just lacks modern appeal and for u to claim ur the next ferry corsten well thats utter bollox why cant u just be who u are and deal with it, lastly its a majour insult to all the producers on here for you to come here and claim that ur the best without hearing anyone elses stuff if u just got off ur high horse for a minute and listened to other peoples stuff gave them feedback u might get some useful feedback from them but with ur current attitude nobody on here is gonna halp you with anything |

you work 52 hours aweek eh? and some course.. and you stil have time to make fancy websites for your self and tracks that you probably love more than anything else... you make me sick, guys like you make me wanna throw up. yuk. I go to school everyday. 9 AM to 4 PM..thats 7 hours aday + homework 3 hours and i manage to produce 10 times better tracks than you...even with my ears ed up and a cold.
self confidence is a good thing, but when there is too much, it turns to confidence.

ok ok, im shut up ok, im no ass hole, im a trance addict, like i hope most of u are, the 99 feel is delebirate because i loved that feel, (my fav track of all time: system f - out of the blue) i didnt mean to be snobby or nethin, i just wanted to see what it was like to be assertive and say somethin totally ambiguous like "the best uk ameture" or whateva.
however ya all cant gang up on me cus im fed up of gettin noware, i love trance music, and deep down im sure my tracks appeal, afterall ive had my local clubs all ravin to em lol. plz just give me a break and take me for face value
btw, i also truly believe that one day in the future there will be the end to moking of ametures, after all thats where big artists start from, and im sure ferry corsten (even tho hes a god now) made some hicups along the way. and also i will be recognised for the work and consistency i try to put in to everything i do.
like i said dont hate me, just take me for face value... plz

hey, from listening to your track it sounds like you have a lot of potential. but thats no different than a large number of amateur producers here. i would tell you to stay here and keep sharing your productions but just to lose the 'better than thou' attitude because its not going to help you. if you spend some time downloading some tracks from this forum i think youll be impressed.
this is in no way a complete list as i havent listened to everybody on this forum, but some of the better producers here in my opinion are:

ken novastorm
haak
lightworks
mk-s (aka s2k)
endre
and theres more ppl im forgetting, but i think it would do you good to listen to some of the tracks by these guys, because they are some damn good producers.
but seriously, its always good to have more talent here, so keep working at it and keep sharing your stuff and if you give to others then they will give back.
