Thinking back, that was the worst month of my life. Whoever said your first is always your best, well....he/she lied! |
That's probably one of the reasons for me not to even try because of like that. Meh. (I'm just in a really cynical mood now...mebbe later I'll feel better):( |

| I was in the same dilemma once. I knew this girl really well, and I eventually asked her out. She said no, but then the next day she sends me an e-mail telling me how she felt about me. It lasted a while, had some here and there, so it wasn't too bad!:toothless |

You kinda remind me of me and my very first girlfriend. Both of us were shy as hell back then and neither one of us would 'dare' to make the first move even though we kinda had a feeling that we both liked each other.
This was what we did. We were friends at school and gotten a bit closer and stuff but I knew she was really really shy. I know that she liked me as a good friend and could trust me but beyond that I wasn't too sure. |
Yes, i have this same problem, I have this eally good friend, and ive loved her now for like 2 years, and i dunno sometimes its like she wants me as well and sometimes not. And im just too worried to do anything incase it screws up our friendship, but i really want it to be more!
Maybe I should go for your tactic? |

| Yeah, do what I did and let us know how it turned out. :D 2 years is a long time to like someone and not tell them. Thing is, if she ever came up to you one day and tells you she has a new bf, you;ll feel the world just cave in on you. :( and you'll hate yourself for not telling her and finding out. By that time it would be too late. |

Personally I think that telling a girl that you WANNA GO OUT WITH HER/LIKE HER is one of the worst things you can do. If you want a girl to know that you like her, you should just LET HER FIGURE IT OUT by the fact that you two are getting PHYSICALLY INVOLVED. TELLING HER that you like her is bad cuz it takes the Magic, the Ssuspense, the Mystery and the Sexual Tension out of the situation. it pops the balloon/kills the chemistry. know what i mean :) :thepirate |
This is more like it.. something more with deep meanings, thats what nice about dating, getting to know people, by the way they interact with you, others, their friends, your friends... Reading people like that is way more interesting then asking them... "How was your day?"
GODD
:whip:
Dood about what happened.. its all about been WHO YOU are, don't try to be mr Suave, just be natural, be you, cause if she likes that... then its what matters, cause my god, if you act all diff one day.. and she don't like that... you're soon just another piece of history... |

well i guess i'm a bit late.. but always be honest.. dont ever hide things away .. some ppl thing girls can actualy see wot your saying behind words.. but it's not always the case.. wotever you doo dont give kind of "so ya.. u want too?" cuz she wont know.. wot u want tooo dooo
girls are smarter and will understand wot your saying but sometimes it does happen that girls wont know wot your saying only beacuse you are a guy..
but ya.. good luck..
oh and cuz it happend a while ago
how did it goo?:? heheh |

I Need some advice from all you "Dr. Love"s out there. There's a girl i've known for a while. I like her a lot and I'm pretty sure that she wants me too, but we're both shy. So I'm going to call her in an hour or so. The question is what to say. I like original stuff :p Thanks |
its not very original if you are using someone elses questions  |

Yeah I know, but the truth is I just needed some reassurance (and I got it too).
Anyway, it is done. I've just called her (asked her if she would like to get together sometime), and she said yes (I could hardly hear it, but it was definately a yes). And it's hard to believe, but i was less lame than i'd imagined.
So thanks again everyone (if all goes well we'll name our first son tta ;) ) |
