Here!
We should all meet up stairs in the overlooking glass balcony at 12:00.
I'm soo freakin pumped. Anyone buy "advance" tickets? I don't trust Transit enough to buy it, if it' sold out then I will stand outside and dance. |

You know that the whole "armani jeans, no shirt, and 1/2 tinted shades, and greased up hair" look will be in FULL EFFECT HERE AT TRANSIT. That is about the ONLY THING you can count on at transit... Is that it will bring that "guido" lookin crowd...
I"M THERE THOUGH! Lookin fwd to partying with all of you who will also be there!:clown: :nervous: :nervous: |

Granted,
I haven't been in Transit for a long time, however, I always thought Transit was Philly equivalent of ARC. Most of the meatheads hang out in Shampoo. Besides, I don't think security allows it. Of course, the last time I was there was about 1.5 yrs ago. Keep in mind, Transit is god awfully small - we're talking 1/2 the size of the Glow. Tickets will most likely be sold out, so my advise - get it in advance. Besides, to drink, you have (or had to) buy a membership. Anywho... Hope to see ya all there. BTW, did you know that on most ocasions you can stand right next to the dj booth, behind dj's back? They may have changed it but I was standing behind Jonathan Peter's back watching him all night last time I was there.
FYI - did ya know PVD will be in Transit in August?

You wont be able to get that close to Tiesto. They will prolly have him on the stage. Thats where they had Sanchez, Jules, and Dan.
Last I heard, Tiesto was scheduled to go from 12 till 4. I'm getting there at 12, and taking off as soon as hes finished.
I'm pretty sure PvD in aug. is at EC.
Oh, and Transit hasnt enforced the rule that only members can buy drinks in years. |

| I'll be fairly close, in central NJ (right off Rt 1), but I might have a transportation situation. Is anyone going from or through there? |

F*ck Tran!
I hate this freakin place with a passion now, I will never support anything they do, F*ck F*ck F*ck!!!
$40!!! $40!! At the door! Nothing in their flyers, site, message, or office said that there was a price difference at the door. I was even thinking that it would cost a little more at the door, but $40!
Come one, this place is a joke and a complete rip off.
I hope everyone that went had a great time. I just can't stand that place enough to give them $40 of my hard earned money.
Please, I'd like to hear some reviews. Thanks y'all |

Is that some kind of stupid state law where you have to be a member to buy drinks???
Reviews.....:D :D |

I cant be asked to deal with a long review cause I'm a bit pissed off my self.
Tiesto played a good set. The crowd ruined it for me, and I'm not happy about the fact that I paid 30$ and he played for three hours.
I wont be going out in the city again. The ing meat heads are to much for me to deal with. Nothing worse then getting to a club well a head of time to claim a good spot by the stage, only to have someone 3 times your size push you out of the way. Then procede to elbow you in the stomach, and crush you between them self and a speaker. If your having trouble standing beacuse you cant handel your pills, dont try to dance. Also, if you are going to shave your arms, do it reguarly for s sake. Those stubbley things hurt when you fall on me.
Thats already more then I intended to write. Time for a shower and bed. |

The guidos and the candy ravers were definitely a bit much, and the 3 hour set (advertisements promised longer) was not too cool -- no encore either...
I felt the set was decent most of the night and the last hour was best 'cause he dropped the bigger tunes--i gave it a 7/10 overall.
here's a very partial tracklist:
David Gahan - Dirty Sticky Floors (Junkie XL Mix)
Free Radical - Surreal (EnMotion Remix)
DJ Tiesto - Obsession (Frank Biazzi Remix)
Leama - Requiem For A Dream (Leama's Dream mix)
Conjure One - Tears From The Moon (Dj Tiesto ISOS Remix)
William Orbit - Barbers Adagio For Strings (Dj Tiesto Magikal Remake)
DJ Tiesto - Traffic
DJ Tiesto - Flight 643
DJ Tiesto - Nyana
The ROC Project - Never (Filterheadz mix)
Max Walder- Crown
DJ TonT.B. - Electronic Malfunction
Marco V - Solarize
Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes (Sweeping Strings Mix)
GTR - Mistral ---> closed with this |
