I think PvD playing Indian music on his radio show is great, after all, he evens said that his Fritz radio show is about playing music that is different and "global." Now playing Bally Sagoo is a bit of a stretch...I actually met the man a few times and not only is he stuck up but I think some his music is crap (aside from his remix of Malkit Singhs' Juginee)
Indian music is everywhere..turn your radio on and go to any "commercial" party and you are surrounded by it...next thing you know, van Dyk will be bringing along a live Dhol player on his tour....haha! |
