From what i see Roach o rama is a headshop.

Have you been there? can u sit and smoke one at a table? do they serve coffee and/or booze?

ever been there?
*dB*
not sure what you mean by headshop, but there is a 'cafe' in the back. don't think there is a liquor licence, but i've never ordered a drink there;)

Ahh, I love Kensington Market... :D I was down there on Saturday and, yes, you can tell that they're not too uptight about using the herb.

In Amsterdam they call

A place to buy rollies,bongs,pipes = A Headshop
A place to buy shrooms,psychedelics= A Smartshop
A place to buy coffee, booze, weed = A Coffeeshop

But i just wanna know if I can walk in, sit down, and smoke a joint without anyone saying anything :)

a couple of friends of mine have been there.... i'd imagine that ordering a coffee would be a nice gesture for the use of their place to blow a spliff?

The 'Hot Box Cafe' is indeed open in Kensington and its a really nice setup they have there... I imagine it is considered polite to buy a drink or something while you enjoy their patio in the back there. Roach-O-Rama is the least expensive head shop in T.O. and has some of the best stuff and friendliest staff, so why not?
No I don't work for them... ;)
