Best classical instrument to add to a song?

| I think some well placed Cello or String Bass sounds can do a lot for a song. |

you would be suprised how manny songs have slap bass or bass string instruments in the backdrop, Pianos guitars and bass strings all go nicely.
I think some one needs to expiriment with a harp, i bet that could be some wicked toonage |

Piano and any strings can add so much to a song.
Although i'd love to hear a trance song with a clarinet featured somewhere. |

hands down: strings..
i use strings in almost all my songs.. sometimes subtle additional sound, sometimes as main lead.. regardless of genre. |

| saxophone isnt classical but the saxophine in hi-gate - saxuality works pretty well |
