There was action in T2 as well so I expected it in T3 also. Nothing suprising when it came. I like this one because you could never really know what was comming, of course unless if your a huge fan of the previous Terminators and did reading on the sequel and such.
Definitly be ready for some major twists and turns in this one and the humor for the audience as in the pervious one is in here as well.
This sequel helped me understand alot of whats been hapening in previous Terminators. There was not much character development like it was said before.. Although I dont really think that was needed too much. Saying so because we already knew alot about Conor, Terminator, why he's trying to be destroyed ect ect. Not too much here to catch up on but to kinda close the gap between what started "judgement day".
I think Conor's wife will have more development in the 4th one. There was emphasizing on her but too much depth wasnt needed here.

First off, I never saw Terminator 1.
I watched Terminator 2 (but missed the beginning) and was pretty bored. I read this entire thread and everyone's talking about how T2 is such a good movie. What's so good about it? (This is a sincere question, since I may have missed something revolutionary at the beginning... I doubt it though).
I just saw Terminator 3 last night and was not impressed. Some action scenes were cool, but there was absolutely no new plot development, and this is coming from someone who hasn't seen the first installment and only half of the second. I can only imagine what someone that actually knew the story felt they got out of this movie :rolleyes: |

| John Connor was a straight out in this movie....he showed no leadership qualities and the actor they chose to play him sucked mored dick then a hooker having a going out of business sale.. |

pretty good movie, great action, hot villain, arnold was hilarious...
but barely any plot, clair danes and the new actor for john connor was a joke and it was too short...only about 90 minutes
but at least it was much better than both matrix 2 and the hulk |

when I went to see T3, i didn't expect a huge storyline (like some people here:rolleyes: ) just an action movie with some sick effects.
well it was all right, there was some nice effects, lots of explosions and . all in all its a "cool" movie that you don't want to take seriously.
I want to be a terminator damnit :D
hehe but seriously where did they spend that 225 millions?!?!

I agree, its better going to a movie without expectations. I went to see Matrix reloaded with a high expectation and was slightly disappointed. I went in to see T3 with no expectations cuz i havent seen T2 in like 5 or so years so i wasnt as excited.
Doesnt anyone else think this movie beat the matrix reloaded? |
