Youch! me finger!

right, lets start from the beginning.... i was in a hired van with my mate nik, on 9 hour journey (4.5 hours each way).. to go pick a large car part up. Halh an hour into the journey, i thought it was a good idea to start doing flips from the front seats into the back storage area of the van whilst it was moving. So anyways, in mid-flippage, my finger got caught in sumthing, and *RIP*... i look at my hand and there a healthy slice of my flesh hanging off of my finger, and there was loads of white spongey stuff sticking out, and bloody pouring out my finger.
Anyways, we had a certain time to get the hired van back for, so we couldnt stop at a hospital or anything, so 12 hours later i finally manage to get to the hospital, where the nurse kindly lifted the dried flap of flesh off from my finger and started pulling bits of my flesh out with sum tweezers :mad: .
Also, due to me not getting it seen to in half a day, the flap of flesh had perished slightly and shrunken a little from its original size.
So now the the reason i started this thread. I have just take off the dressing the nurse put on my finger, after leaving it on for an extra week than i was supposed to, and viola!...... its not healed up straight, and still isnt healed.

i dunno tbh, i think it was a jagged piece of metal sticking out from the back of the seats. it didnt hurt at all when i did it, couple of minutes later however..... lol. but we stopped off at a motorway services and picked up a pack of neurofen (paracetamol),, and necked 10 of them bastards ;) |

don'T worry ... you'll be fine.
I know someone who cutted the front part of her thumb (big part, almost half... near the bone)
And somehow.. It grew back after 2 months.
Today it looks exactly like her other healthy thumb |

| unlucky, i remember slicing my middle finger open on an ice skate falling over, pretty much same place + it looks perfectly normal now, the miracles of nature ey :) |
