fedex for me always requires signature, and they always arrive when nobody's home at around 12 am

well at work we always use ups for all our shipments and things are always on the dot which is good ( when you consider that 99.99% of the business and it's shipments go UPS )
but like whenever it screws up it's our fault..
freaking idiots at the shipping department ... monday I get an order for a part with shipment for arrival on wednesday .... stupid packing people shipped it tuesday evening and put 2 day shipping on it without reading my notes saying ARRIVAL BY WEDNESDAY ..... what a bunch of idiots the customer called me back to complain cause part hadn't arrived today and she was totally right to do so and I had to refund her shipping she had dearly paid for :rolleyes: |
