What do you guys use to make your Sigs?

i made this for agi and the second one for matej and also my sig, all made in adobe 4.0! :p
and i no that lynx uses a combo of adobe 6.0 and bryce!

I use ulead cool 3d and im just starting to use photoshop 6 too. although theres a lot to learn. And i was just wonderin how do peeps make like light sources and stuff like on the matej sig coup made or the lightning bolts on ur own coup?
and i want bryce 4 too cuz u can make some wicked stuff wiv that. :D |

the light source in the matej sig is called a lens flare, if u just make a all black layer, and go into filer>lens flare, play with that and ull get one! the lightning, just to explain, start with a plain black image and add a new layer:
1. select the paintbrush, 12 pixels, and make it 100% hardness, so theres no smooth featherr edge.
2. draw one main line that runs from one side of the image to the other diagonally, no lightening is horizontal, (this is just to teach ur lightning, after u can expiriement)
3. make the brish size smaller to 5 pixels, and draw lines coming off the main line, not that many
4. make the brish smaller again to 3pixels, and draw lines coming off the lines u just drew
5. make the brush smaller again to 1 pixel, and draw v.fine lines off the last set u drew, u should now have summit that resembles lightning.
6. select all and copy and past, ull see it has got brighter.
7. go into filter>blur>gaussian blur, make it a lowish setting
8. keep pasting and then gaussian bluring the just pasted layer, do a few low blurs and then one middlish one and just play really, u should have lightning then! to get the effect i got i just twirled it!

i made mine and tu_face's sig's with PSP7... and DJ_Juno's with photoshop 6.... it's really not that hard, you just have to play about and it'll come to you eventually :D:D
