When I replied for my first time I was just back from DV and heard the track there for the first time. Since I have listened to the song at home, I'm not so impressed anymore.

Great song to hear it live, the song gets people dancing, but you dont have to hear when it you wanna listen to beautiful music: there are too many cooler/chiller songs than this one!

Total: 6.5/10

If it wasnt a tiesto production , no one wouldnt even need to post a thread for it ...

one of the worst of tiesto i think....
DJ Mikey Mike
ur all thick as . I hate tiesto. i think he is a DJ and a wank producer. imo his production discography is wank. Urban Train = not his. Obsession = not his.. the only decent versions of Sparkles are the remixes. I can go on and on. I no for a fact the same opinion goes for many others in this thread. But i happen to love this track. Its very simple but very very driving. So dont talk all this bollocks about me and the others jumping on some kind of bandwagon, coz u couldnt be more wrong. ing n00bs.

WOW!
This thread sums it all up, everything that is t up in this forum. Overhyping, bashing, flaming, arguing, wtf? Grow up, really! It amazes me how you can't simply comment on a production without getting carried away in one direction or the other. Everything is taken so goddamn seriously :eyes:
So Dj Tiesto produced a new track, whether you like it or not, is up to you, end of story. No need to start another discussion about the producer himself, let alone hid DJing skills. The only thing that ought to be considered when judging it, is its effect on a live show, on a big soundsystem. Surely this is what such enrgetic tracks are all about. But there's no need to call it "track of the year" or "worst tiesto song ever". Why do most of you think in such categories? Constantly comparing, making "best of lists", digging out discographies to put it into context. Sheesh....

/rant modus off

Personally I like it a lot. Really gets you moving, a really *entertaining" dancable yet also atmospheric, dark track, one you can look forward to on big events. Totally irrelevant if he did worse/better songs, if there are worse/better tracks right now, or if he wore grey socks while writng it.
the end.

And I always thought you were just another blind tiesto hater MikeyMike. It's nice to see someone who actually LISTENS to music before they judge it. I wish I could see more posts like yours, since all I've been seeing of late are "I hate this particular DJ, so I won't even listen to his new track. I'll just assume that it's bad and call it ."

Guys : you love this song because Tiesto made it or because it is a good song ?

good question....

i think many of them like it because they haven't realized the difference between a producer and a dj: "way! tiesto's the world's best dj, and he acutally pushed the play button at the club last night!!!! this track ownz!" <<<<--:conf:

for those that actually listens to tiesto's productions, and not just the fadings before u go die for the 100th time, respect to you for that.

well of course i'm not gonna grab ya for liking the track....i'm just curious like feri, if ppl actually like this track so much or if they like it just cause tiesto's the world's most thought-about name in trance music....

peace....*wears flamesuit*

heard it broadcast from tiesto in concert, didnt think it was any good... heard it live twice within the next month and changed my mind.. its definately huge when you hear it live. you can bash it all you want, but most of you are just listening to a ty rip of it and bashing it blindly.
trancedfarmer

Walden Mix? Dude, Henry David Thoreau produces trance? I guess it makes sense since he's a trancendentalist.

Hehe, nice one, and I have to agree with your rant. It kinda makes me think about what my girlfriend first said when I asked her what trance she was into. She replied: "oh, anything that sounds good, I really don't care about who produced it or who remixed it, I just like good trance". Now thats innocent :p

btw; it kinda freaked me out as well, I want to discuss the music damnit :D:D "uh, what do you mean you dont know what you like? is that possible?" :)
