The Mighty Cad - Something for the Weekend
1. Michael Woods - Solex
An energic start, nice dreamy, uplifting
trance track even if there are no vocals in it.
2. Coast 2 Coast - Searching (Coast 2 Coast Remix)
The next track comes into a lull so no beatmatching is needed.
The tracks are in synch. Maybe the volume of "Solex" should be
a little bit higher late in the transition (in the last 3-4 sec).
Good transition.
3. Trenix - Until the End (at the turning)
Very good beatmatching. Continuous flow of the set so far.
4. Capetown - Cinema (Original Mix)
Another transintion into a lull. Crosfadish but sounds very good.
Maybe is because my poor experience, but I almost didn't noticed
when you started this track. Smothly done!
5. Kamaya Painters - Far from Over (Virtuastar 2003 Remix)
Good beatmatching. This track's sound quality (sounds like the
hi is cut in transition) makes the transition more obvious.
6. Armin van Buuren - Song for the Ocean (Original Remix)
Nice harmonic transition.
7. Sturmkraft - Revolutions
Quick transition. The set gained some energy. Awesome track.
This is a crowd pleaser.
8. Jacob & Mendez - Deception (Benicio Remix)
Medium transition. Good beatmatching and timing. But it just doesn't
sound so good. Is not bad either. I thik some energy is lost in transition.
9. Ultra Nate - Free (Whitelabel Mix)
Quick transition. The set has gained some energy again. Average transition.
10. Fiocco - Spread the Word Around (Absolom Remix)
Good transition.
11. Nexus - Delorix (Airhead Remix)
Nice and quick transition. Good!
12. Cosmic Gate - Human Beings (G & M Project Remix)
Average beatmatching. In synch.
13. Oxygen feat. Andrea Britton - Am I on your Mind (Ian van Dahl Mix)
Good transition. Quick.
Overall it was a very good set, almost no errors.
Nice continuous flow. I liked more the first part of the mix, because it was
more dreamy, uplifting and the transitions were a little bit nicer that the others
in the end. In the second part you used some harder tracks, and the transitions were
fast, but sounded good.
Once again this is a very good set.
You'll probably be in the first 3 places.

| ehh not really my cup of tea, but the mixing itself seemed spot on most of the time, though not very risky with the beatmatching. |

As usual, after listening to it a few times, there are things that I could have done better....but what the heck....I wanted to take it as it came out.
DJing is mostly a hobby for me (bedroom mixer):p
The cover was an idea of mine...but a guy I know from another site designed it.
