thing is though, if it had been shared, it could have seriousley affected the guys chances of geting a redord label deal, and sharing stuff requested not to be shared just makes the entire comunity appear to care about mp3's more than the actual music.
i suggest you create a "unshared" folder so you cant make the same mistake twice, and its a waste of harddisk space re encoding 128 kbs rips to 192kbs u know... |

I think from that chat log it is pretty obvious you knew what you were doing.
It was a selfish and despicable thing to do. You should be totally ashamed of yourself. And you should be thankful I've subdued myself from yesterday, coz I was 10 times more pissed off with you than I am now...
