When u goto codedc.com, the first thing you see is:
An invite to come celebrate the FINAL night of Code @ Nations August 15th. Yet there are "upcomign events" available...
Any ideas anyone??? |

| I heard from erin (tranceyes) that code was canceled and upcoming events were not happening. Perhaps beema could shed some light on this. |

The night of "00" the theme was Heaven & Hell so that place would probably have abounded with horns. |

| Masoud A dediced to pull the plug on Code b/c it wasn't bringing in enough people (money). Last friday (Aug. 15th) was the final night, none of the upcoming events are happening anymore. Code might come back as a once a month party though. I will let you know. |

i honestly beleive that the name buzz should never resurface again in DC. That name has such a bad reputation with the govt/police, bringing buzz back would be a waste of time. Cops would be all over the place. Not only that, i think a lot of ppl that even experienced buzz in the past, dont even go to code or trust. |

agreed. it gave our music terrible publicity. my mom showed me EVERY article the post did on it, served with a lecture and i'm way too old for that stuff.

| man... read around... buzz in baltimore, is no more also. the owners of trust decided to sell the place. so buzz is moving back to dc! finally! but 99% chance that it's NOT GOING TO BE AT NATION. but who the cares. code is gone. buzz is coming back. |
