Excessive popups on TA (pg. 2)

i dunno why, but i have never gotten any pop-ups or ads from TA... i'm not even using any adware or pop-up blocker
maybe u have some spyware on your comp or something |

| I think Swamper set a limit to the amount of popups you revieve from tranceaddict, it sounds like as others have said you maybee have some spyware running on your system - download and run adaware from http://www.lavasoft.de/ |

Yeh, try adaware. Also spybot (same sort ofthing but better).
Then go to panicware.com and get their free pop up stopper. It's spot on. sorted.

I run adaware in conjuction with spybot search & destroy and the panicware popup stopper. :D
Does the job lovley ;) |

Okay, I've got absolutely no adware whatsoever. (Run all possible programs to check)
Most of the time I get only 1 popup per session (understandable) yet sometimes when I close 1 about 5 or 6 popup. I don't think it has anything to do with this site but rather some sort of script in the ad itself. I'll keep an eye out and report here when I find out which of the ads is doing this.
Some of you might not have had this since it looks like it's giving a random ad each time so this particular ad just hasn't hit you yet... |

I think it's giving random ads because a webmaster usually sells to an agency, rather than just one company (advertiser). |

| I've had 1 popup per session for as long as i can remember. But very recently i keep getting 2 as well :( And i usually run adaware once per week, so i no i hav no spyware. And i no for sure i havn't changed any settings. Bugger! :wtf: |

| Imm sure i saw swamper saying somewhere he only scripts on 1 add per session, but hes not responssible for the add its self, so it could contain other popups. |
