Excessive popups on TA (pg. 3)

usaly got one when i first open TA... Sometimes when i close it, it pop up some more...
Pop ups is a stupid way of advertising... I always close them before i even see whats there...
Here is one smarter idea of ads:
While seeing this after posting a post,

Hi
I've been using the same place to generate popups for the forums for years - the problem is - sometimes advertisers like to place their own popups on the popup that comes up (Resulting in multiple popups for you) - which isn't allowed based on their agreement with the place serving the ads.. I emailed them yesterday and they'll look into it, for now the ad code is off the pages.
(I suspect it was that dumb poker popup that was spawning them) |

I don't get pop-ups on my computer at home when i use tranceaddict, however last night i was at my boyfriends and i used his computer to look at tranceaddict and i got 5 pop-ups...
is there something wrong with his computer or is he unlucky? |
