I tend to disagree with that. The second had a lot of intelligence to it, just look at the damn architect scene, the keymaker, the oracle chats, everything.

I was initially somewhat dissapointed with #2 by itself, but by looking at the trailer for #3 I see it all coming together. Remember, #2 and #3 are meant to be one really big 6 hour movie. Imagine if you took the original matrix and made it two movies, and cut the first one right after neo learns the truth and everything. You'd come out of the theatre thinking "wtf was that." But when you add the other half to the saga as a whole, it becomes instant OMFG!

I think that together with Revolutions, Reloaded will really kick ass. Most of the problems people had with it is the pacing, it just kept racing along and then left you hanging at the end. As a single movie, you cant really do that, its not effective storytelling. But you can just tell from this trailer, all of it is just racing along towards the conclusion, which is gonna be HUGE.

true. the first time i saw it i was like "WTF was that all about....???"

and then i went to see it for the second time, NOT for the special effects, but for the plot... the whole "you already made your choice you just have to understand it" thing is just so WTF???

goddamnit, is it still playing in IMAX? i need to see it in IMAX...

IMHO, the fact that he has little clue of what's going on around him adds to the realism of the movie. and in any case, what do you expect of him, to run around like a little girl screaming something along the lines "WOOO i'm in the matrix I R0x0r, agent smith j00 r a l4m3r"?

it's not drama, it's the matrix (muhaha :D)

someone posted some weirdo's HUGE analysis on the Matrix Plot using mathematics, thermodynamic laws, the bible, and plenty of other material that was a theory of what the last movie has in store for us. And if his analsysis is true, Matrix 3 is going to have the most brilliant, original, and WAY TOO CONFUSING plot ever

sounds cool! hehe

but i could've told you that without a huge analysis. everyone expects it to answer questions, but instead it'll just create more question and more confusion.

can't wait. :p

question, what year was revolutions filmed? I look at the pictures for revolutions on the matrix site and in the bottom left-hand corner i see "Fox Studios 2001/2002." I reckon that they shot these movies one after another and just waited a long time to finally realease them?

reloaded and revolutions were made at the exact same time.
