Cool tune, cool remix ;)
Green Fact - Costa del Sol - Lost Treasure (Land Dweller Dirty Sanchez Re-Interpretetion)
Cool prog tune. Nice build-up and it hits one's peak with the part from 3.10 until 3.28. The melody comes a bit too fast, the bassline stops and then there is already the melody. Like on the tune "Platic Boy - Life Another Live" when the melody's coming into the tune. I also don't really like the melody, there should be a part of the melody from "Lightscape - Inner Warmth (Costa Del Sol Remix)" :-) but I know, you have to take the melody from the Original Mix from "Lost Treasure" here. I like the soft, fine melody a bit more than the melody from the Land Dweller Mix. Here it's a bit loveless. And from 3.28 until the end, it's a bit too monotonous. I like tunes with a bassline, where if you close your eyes, you just see rolling hills (hope you understand what I mean)

Nice Trance tune to chill. Here, I do "see" more my rolling hills when I'm closing my eyes ;-)

-wicked chilly stuff. love those strings and percussion. got some massive samples and fxs in this sucker. i really beautifully constructed tune. love the drums and that string instrument in there. u have really grown in the past couple of months. u r gonna make it big one day. u pull my strings with the emotions in this one...

-not what i expected from you, but u surpassed my expectations. really well done. dark as hell at the beginnin. really love the melody and strings under that beat though. percussion as usual is massive. i personally thought when the break came in with the main melody, it was perfect, but it is a bit too loud IMO. great stuff...
surprized not many people checkin these out...these are great pieces of music... |

Original: Nice start, bongos give it a nice feel, although I don't like the open hi hat right from the start, I'd introduce that a bit later. That pluck is nice, maybe give it more delay so the riffs at the start doesnt feel quite so abrubt. Nice atmospheric pad effects, good use of sea-side sounds, very relaxing. The melody really makes me feel as if I'm on some tropical island... the mood is really perfect for the title! Nice delay on the main lead. Perhaps work on that lead synth though, maybe a little phatter, but not overpowering enough to destroy the vibe. The melody itself is really nice. Overally a very good track. Nice elements and ideas!
Remix: Awesome percussion as always. Not really my style but I still like it. Sounds dark and progressive and builds nicely. I do think the way melody comes in is a little abrupt but. Nice "made you look" vocal, very clever ;) I'd liked to have seen that melody used a bit more, not fully as thats not the style of this track, but maybe chopped up and introduced a bit. Good stuff!
