buy a cube and learn how to solve it and u'll understand

there are preset combinations of moves to move certain pieces a certain way

the method i learned from was to start from 2x2x2, then get 2x2x3, then two layers (2x3x3), then after that you pretty much have to know the preset combo moves because otherwise it's really hard to move pieces without screwing what you already have. learn it, it's really fun hehe :tongue2

there are tons of tutorials online, check em out

yeah its stuff like to move a square in position X to position X do this move. Then you just rotate the thing around till you put that 1 square where you want it. and the moves move 1 square only so it doesnt mess the other stuff up. You just get letting saying to yourself like over over up over down over up. and youll know what it means hehe

Ugh....I was always too impatient to figure it out....I remember buying my dad the Rubik's Revenge for christmas in like 1984....it had 4x4 squares a side. I wonder if they still sell those things....hmmmm
