| Last count was about 3 months ago and I think it was a grand total of ..drum roll.. 3 (2 of which were actually from central america, and me from south america). But when I was glancing at some posts in the music discussion, some hope sprung up, a Brazilian TranceAddict? Any South American TranceAddicts please post a message in this thread. |

| LOL, well, at least where I was born everything is dominated pretty much by europe, like the trends, food, even cable such as sky, and the radio stations are very varied, and play all those european hit songs that never get here to the USA, about computers.. uuuufff, they've got the 1.5 GHZ pentiums and Athlons, as well DSL and Cables , T3 hehehehe, thats Chile though :p ;) :D |

| 2 from Panama, that's somewhat of a start, last time one of the two central americans was from Panama, now we've got 2. Regarding technology here in South America, I'm sorry to disappoint you guys, but Europe is way behind in the penetration rates of the stuff we have in Argentina. In Argentina there has been a boom in cable/wireless internet services (512Kbps to 2 Mbps), while the predominant service in Europe remains dial up. Of course this is only in Argentina, and perhaps Chile and some of the more developed S.A. nations. Then if you go to Venezuela..geez, now that's the stone age. You are lucky if you get "good dial up", which is "56K" and on a good day you can download things at 4K/s, lolol..brings back bad memories..it's a disgrace over there. Then on the other hand, the more normal thing is to get "56K" that downloads at 2K/s if you are lucky. Cable modem rocks, nothing like dloading videos/mp3's at 400 K/s. Anyways, any more South American/Central American TranceAddicts? |

| yeah , Chile , Argentina, and Brasil you can say are like the most stable in economy, and so they have all the Cable, and DSL, although CABLE dominates in my home country,( Chile ) anyways! like strategist said, any one else from South America ??!?!
